James Moyssiadis, Founder and Creative Director — “Moyssi,” whose career began as a student at the School of Engineering (SUNY Stony Brook) in 1966, has been providing a wide range of creative, production and agency services to small and midsize industrial businesses since 1975. Moyssi has 21 years of creative experience as an artist, and as a director in the live entertainment and television industries (feature productions for HBO, Cinemax, MTV) before fully shifting his focus to business-to-business advertising in 1988. The firm’s earliest clients ranged from heavy industrial businesses such as Corewall Producers Group (Toronto), a marketing association of twenty-five $5-50 million precast concrete producers to robotic vision and lens manufacturers such as the Electro-optical and Computar Lens Divisions of Chugai-Boyeki Corporation. During the 1990s the firm’s clientele moved to high-tech electronics and business applications software. Clients now include Vacuum Instrument Corporation (world’s largest independent manufacturer and integrator of leak detectors and leak-test systems) and Modular Devices, Inc. (a manufacturer of power electronics for the military and aerospace industries).
Jeanette Haglich, Account Manager — Jeanette is our primary contact for clients and vendors, and is directly responsible for traffic management, creative production, media planning, and purchasing. Her background in the marketing of technical books and journals makes her as comfortable with high-tech industry as she is with advertising and marketing. Prior to joining Industrial Success in 1999, Jeanette managed worldwide advertising for Plenum Publishing Corporation (1986-1998). With an annual advertising budget of $1.2 million and a staff of 20, Jeanette produced direct mail campaigns, catalogs, web site, display advertising and trade show materials.
Walter Sargent, Web Engineering Consultant — Walter has been working with technology innovators for 27 years. The past 9 years have been in software development ranging from award-winning retail desktop applications to commercial web server application development. Walter is specialist in Microsoft platform technologies, web-standard, cross-platform technologies and user-interface design. His technical expertise and design talent allow him to produce what he calls "high-impact, high-performance" websites. Walter holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is a self-made professional with skills, experience and a passion for technology and the arts.
Art Nehr, SEO and Marketing Consultant — Art founded Web Optimized Marketing to help companies energize their marketing efforts by making better use of the World Wide Web. Art has been marketing products and services since 1977. He has held senior marketing management positions at Philips, Standard Microsystems Corp and Inductotherm Industries and started a marketing consulting firm in 1995. He holds a BSEE an MBA in Marketing.
